Paul E. Boldosser, 85, of Carlisle, died on Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at Carlisle Regional Medical Center.

He was born June 16, 1928, in Carlisle, a son of the late Harry A. and Maude (Mayberry) Boldosser.

Paul retired from the Borough of Carlisle after 15 years of service and had previously worked for the former Allen Gordon Plumbing, Carlisle. Paul enjoyed hunting, fishing and loved woodworking.

He is survived by his devoted wife of 64 years, Ruth E. (Galloway) Boldosser; one daughter, Sharon L. (and her husband, Robert C.) Adams of Carlisle; his twin brother, David C. Boldosser of Carlisle; one granddaughter, Jennifer (and her husband, Jeffrey) Wood of Glen Rock; twin great-grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.

Paul was predeceased by brother, John Boldosser; sisters, Anne Miller, Mary Rutz, Mae Karper, Elda Rider, Geraldine Finkenbinder and Fannie Whistler; and one grandson, Jason Adams.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 10:30 a.m. at the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 S. Hanover St., Carlisle, with Rev. Tim Funk officiating. Burial will be in Cumberland Valley Memorial Gardens, Carlisle. A viewing will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services.
