Mrs. Nason has been living in this vicinity for the past sixty years coming from her birthplace in New York state when but thirteen years of age. The deceased accompanied her parents and other members of the family, and they were among the first of the settlers to colonize this section of Wisconsin. Several years after the migration to Wisconsin, Harriet Renne was united in marriage to W. G. Nason and to the union five children were born, one girl and four boys, all of whom with her husband, survive. The children are Callie Nason of Wisconsin Rapids, Herbert F. Nason also of Wisconsin Rapids; Rolla G. Nason of Lewiston, Idaho; Edward P. Nason of Kirkland, Washington; and Warren H. Nason of Nasonville.
The deceased Mrs. Nason and her husband have made their home with their son Warren, on a farm in Nasonville for the past several years and it was at the home of the son that death came, due to paralysis.
The funeral will be held from the home in Nasonville and interment will be made in the Nasonville cemetery. The last rites will be in charge of Rev. Frank Zimmerman, and will be at 2:00 o'clock.
