Funeral services will be Monday May 7, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church 3401 E. River Rd. Mt. Pleasant, with Pastor Samuel Reith Interment will be in Salt River Cemetery in Shepherd.
Visitation will be Monday from Noon until time of services at 2:00 p.m. Harvey was born Oct. 2, 1924 in Detroit to Lester and Gladys (Dallas) Bidlack. He served in the US Marines during WW II being stationed in Hawaii. He graduated from Michigan State University.
Harvey Married Norma Schweigert Aug. 20, 1960 in Midland, she preceded him in death in 2007. He retired from Dow Chemical Co. in Midland after many years of service. He was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Mt. Pleasant.
Harvey was very active in local government having served as Chippewa Twp. Supervisor and tax assessor.
Survived by daughter: Amy Bidlack of Shepherd, sister: Florence Cockfield of Canadian Lakes, preceded in death by his wife Norma and his parents and a sister Barbara Moore.
The Berry Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements.
