Only daughter and child of Mildred Walker II (born at Chelsea, King William County, Va., Aug 1, 1765 and married, at Belvoir, feb 22, 1781, Francis Kinloch, of Charleston, S.C. They in turn had only one child, Eliza Kinloch). Eliza married at age 18 on Apr 28, 1799 to Honorable Hugh Nelson, fifth child and son of Thomas Nelson, Jr., signed the Declaration of Independence and Governor of Virginia.
