TWENTY-FIRST LOCAL SOLDIER TO GIVE HIS LIFE FOR HIS COUNTRY
Another Cass county young man, Private Clarence Hobaugh, son of Mr.and Mrs. Cyrenus Hobaugh of 1522
Grant street, has made the supreme sacrifice, according to the report given in yesterday´s casualty list,
Private Hobaugh died in a base hospital in France from disease. The young man was well known here and
had spent the majority of his life in Logansport. No particulars concerning the nature of his illness are given.
He is the twenty-first local soldier to give his life in the war.
