Obituary in the Pocono Record: "Eleanor A. Price, 92, of Bethlehem, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2012, in Westminster Village. She was the wife of the late Gordon C. Price, who died in 1994. Born in Canadensis, she was the daughter of the late Rodney and Edna (Hensler) Shoesmith. She was employed as an administrative secretary for electrical contractors before retiring. Eleanor was a member of Wesley United Methodist Church, Bethlehem, where she sang in the choir for many years. An avid bridge and pinochle player, she belonged to Tuesday Club for more than 30 years, and Beta Sigma Phi. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Brodeur and her husband, Raymond, of Bethlehem, and Aleda Madison and her husband, Charles, of Wilmington, Del.; her son, Gregory and his wife, Josephine, of Chadds Ford; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a brother, R. Richard Shoesmith Jr."
