A native of Spartanburg County, daughter of Edith Ellen Greenway Goode of Bridgeview, Illinois and the late Lewis Stephen Garren, Jr., she was a homemaker.
Also surviving are her husband, Mark Shannon Ledford of the home; a son, James Roy Thomas of the home; a daughter, Jeannie Ellen Shalitis of Campobello; a brother, Steve Garren of Chesnee; and a sister, Martha Hammons of Greer.
Cryptside service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday in Hillcrest Memory Gardens Mausoleum.
Visitation will be held 5:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday at Wood Mortuary.
