Martin Kingery.
Martin Van Buren Kingery, a well-known resident of Boone county, died at his home in Center township Friday night at 8:00 o'clock, of pulmonary tuberculosis, after an illness of eight days. Funeral services were held at Brown's Wonder church Sunday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock, the Rev. W.H. Williams officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery.
Mr. Kingery was born in Hancock county, this state, and was aged 59 years, 2 months and 2 days. He was married May 23, 1892, in this county, to Margaret (sic Martha) Jane Small, who, with two children, (Thomas) Albert Kingery and Mrs. Nellie Carey, survives. A brother, George Kingery, resides at New Palestine, this state.
