Services for Victor C. Arzani, 90, of Charlotte, N.C., a former Syracuse resident who died Nov. 19 in Charlotte, will be at 11 a.m. today at White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens.

There will be no calling hours.

A native of Ansonia, Conn., Mr. Arzani was a retired contractor. He graduated from Syracuse University in 1923, where he had been a member of Alpha Tau Omega fraternity.

A veteran of World War I, he served in the U.S. Navy. He was a Mason and a Shriner.

Surviving are his wife, Lee Gessler Arzani of Charlotte; a son, Gessler V. Arzani of Charlotte; one daughter, Donna Askew of Marathon; a sister, Hazel Arzani of New York; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
