Age 95, died Sunday, May 9, 1993 at the Weyauwega Health Care Center following a brief illness.
She was born September 23, 1897 in the Township of Caledonia near Readfield daughter of the late Hulda (nee Schoenrock) and Herman Magedanz.
She married William Radtke on January 23, 1916 in Weyauwega. He preceded her in death on December 17, 1972.
She was a member of St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, Weyauwega and had been an active member of the Ladies Aide for 50 years. She also worked in the kitchen for weddings and funerals. She was an active member of the Weyauwega Garden Club for 45 years and had large vegetable and flower gardens.
Survivors include a son, Clarence and a daughter-in-law, Bernice Radtke, Weyauwega; three grandchildren: granddaughter, Jean and husband, Bill Morrow, Rockford, Illinois; two grandsons: Tom Radtke and his wife, Helen; Bob Radtke and his wife, Shirley, all of Weyauwega; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Alice Radtke, Ogdensburg; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Elsie and Jack Klotzbecher, New London; a sister-in-law, Ardis Radtke, Weyauwega; Verna Radtke, Weyauwega; niece, Bernice Skibba and her husband, Ruffus, Oshkosh; other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 12, 1993 at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, Weyauwega with Rev. Paul Huth officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Weyauwega.
Friends may call at the Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home, Weyauwega from 4 until 8 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday after 9 a.m. at the church until the time of the service.
