Abigail (Hudson) Atherton sold to her brother Nathaniel Hudson, her share of her father's estate. Administration of the estate of James Atherton, Jr., was granted to the widow Abigail, Nov. 19, 1718. The inventory was taken April 1, 1718;
dower was set off to the widow, Nov. 6, 1718.
Children:
1. James, born Lancaster, Feb. 27, 1684-85.
2. Jonathan, was of age in 1719;
3. Capt. Benjamin, born April 1701.
4. Abigail, was of age, 1721; md. John White.
5. Mary, married John Goodnow of Hatfield.
6. Ruth, was a minor, 1721.
