James Marion Judd, son of P.C. and Elizabeth Judd was born Mar. 14, 1885 in Oregon County, Mo., and died Nov 16, 1949 in Koshkonong, Mo., at the age of 64 years, 8 months.
He was united in marriage to Bertie Clark at Rover, Mo., Jan. 6, 1909, and to this union four children were born.
He was a member of the Assembly of God Church.
He leaves his wife, one daughter, Mrs. H. L. Dodge of Koshkonong, Mo.; two sons, O. W. Judd and R. W. Judd of Topeka, Kansas; two sisters, Mrs. Wm. Beatty of Koshkonong, Mo; Mrs. Vol Brewer of Alton, Mo.; two brothers, Henry Judd of Rover, Mo.; and Walter Judd of Mountain View, Mo.; and five grandchildren.
One child preceded him in death.
Funeral services were conducted at the Church at Rover, Nov. 19, by Sister Opal Hays, Rev. Wayne Hays and sister Ludie Allen, with burial in Rover cemetery under direction of Carter Funeral Home of Thayer.
