Canaday Drops Dead
Pleasant Canaday, an old and highly respected citizen, dropped dead Sunday morning in his home at Cedar. Mr. Canaday was at the breakfast table and as he arose he told his wife that he believed he was going to faint. At the same time he sank to the floor and before relief could be obtained life was extinct. Mr. Canaday was 72 years of age and was well known in this section. His wife, two sons and one daughter survive him.
Burial was made Monday afternoon in the Canaday cemetery near Glen White.
