She died on November 15, 1965, in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the age of 92, and was buried in Tucumcari Memorial Park, Tucumcari, Quay County, New Mexico, USA.

She is survived by three sons Ed and James of Albuquerque, and Roy Bogart of El Paso, a daughter Mrs. Ruth Holmgren of Ketchikan, Alaska, a sister in Oklahoma, 19 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
