Ethel was the fourth child to Charles and Minnie Fuller Beeton. Her father and mother built a homestead on the property he gained during the Cherokee Land Run.
Ethel attended the Phillips University and graduated in 1929 from the school of nursing.
November 14, 1936 Ethel married Harold G Raymer in Woods, Oklahoma.
Ethel and Harold had one daughter. Not sure when they divorced but Ethel continued to work at the hospital in Wichita as a RN up into her 80's.
