Bobbie Jean Davis, of North Las Vegas, passed away Sept. 25, 2010. She was born Dec. 11, 1947, in Fordyce, Ark., and was a 44-year resident of Nevada. Bobbie retired from the Sands Hotel.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Bular Smith; and daughter, Pamela Vaughn. Bobbie is survived by her husband, Johnnie Davis; daughter, Anitra Galloway; grandson, Jeffrey Galloway, III; and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 1, at Thomas and Jones Funeral Home, 310 Foremaster Lane. Funeral services will be at noon Saturday, Oct. 2, at Victory Missionary Baptist Church, 500 W. Monroe Ave. Bobbie was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will live in our hearts forever and be truly missed.
