Nancy Edna Watson Rushton, 83, of 113 Campbell Avenue passed away Saturday, April 19, 2014. She was the daughter of the late John Dewey and Etta Mae Neal Watson and the widow of George W. Rushton. Ms. Rushton was a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church and a cashier at Quality Foods in Greer.
Survivors include three daughter, Nancy Lamere of Columbia, Robyn Judy of the home, and Melanie Williams of Columbia; a brother, Viron Watson of Greer; seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. She is predeceased by a sister, Edith Strube and a brother, Olin Watson.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Wednesday at Calvary Baptist Church and the family will receive friends from 12;30 to 1:30 pm prior to the service. Interment will be at Mountain View Cemetery.
