Mrs. Jane Hayes died suddenly on Wednesday evening of heart failure at the home of her son Henry with whom she lived. Mrs. Hayes was 79 years old and has been a life long resident of this town. The funeral was held Friday afternoon at two o'clock from the home, Rev. Joel Mander officiating. Burial was in the family lot at West Arlington. Mrs. Hayes is survived by three sons, Henry, William and George of this village and one daughter, Mrs. Joseph Neff of Hoosick.
