Joseph was a native of Michigan, but resided in Pensacola for the past nine months.
Joseph attended the Bellview Baptist Church. He was a student at Pine Forest High School and a member of the student Council.
He is survived by his parents, Joe and Cindy Rorick of Pensacola; one sister, Dawn Rorick of Pensacola. Maternal grandparents , John and Jean Williamson of Milton, N.C.; and paternal grandmother , Rosanna Rorick of Kalamazoo, Mich.
Friends may call from 5-9 p.m. Sunday at Faith Chapel Funeral Home.
The body will be sent to the Hooper Funeral Home in Yanceyville, N.C. for services and burial.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Association of Retired Citizens' - Escambia.
Faith Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
