ACCIDEN VICTIM BURIAL HERE TODAY

LAD'S BODY BROUGHT TO NEVADA FROM BELOIT, WISCONSIN FOR BURIAL

The body of Gordon French, 15-year old lad who was accidentally killed by being shot to death on a farm near Beloit, Wisconsin, early in the week arrived in Nevada today and will be interred in the Nevada cemetery by the side of his grandmother who was buried here a few years ago

The lad, a son of Elder and Mrs. Arthur French, was working in a hay field and carrying a gun with him. The gun accidentally dropped and exploded, the shot killing him instantly. The team, hitched to a hayrack, ranaway.

The body arrived here accompanied by a friend, Miss Grace Doyel, and three carloads of relatives and friends will be here for the short service at the grave, preceeding interment.

The father had worked in Iowa as a leader in Seventhday Adventist religious work and Gordon was baptised in the same faith about two months ago.
