REMAINS OF YOUNG MAN ARRIVE HERE - BODY OF BERT SCHREURS WILL BE INTERRED TUESDAY.-- Death Occurred on the S. S. Alki As He Was Enroute to Seattle – Due To Heart Disease. -- The remains of Bert Schreurs who died at sea aboard the S. S. Alki on March 3, arrived in this city this morning accompanied by his widow, Mrs. Margaret Schreurs. Mr. Schreurs was taken ill while enroute to Seattle, Wash., when his death occurred. His demise was due to heart disease. Mr. Schreurs was in his 29th year at the time of his departure from this life be having been born on May 15, 1882. --- The funeral will be held at one o'clock Tuesday afternoon from the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Schreurs at 606 East Fourth St. Dr. L. H. Grigsby, pastor of the First Methodist church, will conduct the service and interment will be made in Greenwood cemetery. --- The pall-bearers who are cousins of the decedent will be the following: Arthur Freers, Harry Schreurs, Sheldon Schreurs, Wilbur Hendricks, Edward Priester and Charles Nyenhuis.
