He was born in Danville to Frank Logan and Doris Pauline Grimes Pollock. He married Mary Ann Gowen on April 25, 1953, and they were divorced Jan. 2, 1974.
Surviving from the first marriage are the following children, Penny Jean (Doug) Picklap, Mary Kathleen (Tim) Weaver, Frank William (Candy) Pollock, Kathryn Sue (Hal) Overbeck and Christopher Lee (Alice) Pollock; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sisters, Bessie Olive Marks and Carol Sue (Michael) Mecanko; brothers, Lloyd Pollock and Floyd (Carol) Pollock and an uncle, P.J. (Betty) Pollock.
He later married Gloria Shelton O'Brien on May 18, 1990 in Marathon, Florida, and she survives. Also surviving are two stepchildren, Deborah Ann O'Brien and Dana (Augie) DeMartino; two stepgrandchildren; one great-stepgrandchild and a sister-in-law, Carol Dawn Kellogg.
Mr. Pollock attended Diamond, Mount Pleasant, Eureka and Lincoln grade schools. He worked for Boeing Conair Aircraft in California and was a truck driver. He owned and operated Andy's Rental Sales and three mobile home parks in Oakwood and Danville. He was a member of the Salvation Army and enjoyed fishing, hunting and traveling in his RV.
