He married Shirley Dalrymple on December 30, 1985, in Marion, IN. Shirley gave Dad the best years of his life. I praise God for bringing her into his life.
He worked for Fisher Body of General Motors from January 5, 1955 until June 1, 1987.
He was a fantastic father. He always made sure we had what we needed. We may not always get what we wanted, but if we needed it, he made sure that we got it.
