Burial was in the Old Ogden Cemetery at Liddieville under the direction of Mulhearn's Funeral Home of Winnsboro.
He died Monday at the Franklin Parish Hospital here after a long illness.
Mr. Williams was a retired farmer and a member of Boeuf River Baptist Church of Liddieville.
Survivors include one son, William F. Williams Jr. of Morgan City; two daughters, Mrs. Vaudie Simons and Miss Edna Faye Williams, both of Winnsboro; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Nolan Parks, Cecil Nichols, George Busby, J. W. Dean, Billy Cobb and Steve Williams.
