Florence M. Ludeman, 89, a longtime NCW resident, died Monday, April 15, 2002 at Highgate House in Wenatchee.
She was born Nov. 29, 1912 at Douglas to Curtis Rollo and Ethel (Terwillger) Carey. She attended Shiloh and Waterville schools and graduated from Waterville High School.
She married Walter John Ludeman at Douglas on July 8, 1932. The couple farmed in the Withrow and Farmer area until 1960. They retired and moved to East Wenatchee for four years and then moved to Ephrata. In 1994, she returned to Wenatchee.
She was an avid needle worker and loved to garden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a grandson and a great-granddaughter.
