Wheeler, Mrs Allen died in her home in Lee Twp. Wed. morning Sept. 24, after lingering illness Phoebe Gee born west of Prairie City onwhat was known as Cope farm and has lived most of her life near Prairie City. The daughter of Mr and Mrs Joseph Gee-married March 8, 1877 Albert Wheeler who died two years ago. Nine children -two deceased. survivors Ira, Reuben, William, Mrs Lidda Wheeler, Mrs Cora Clovis, Mrs Stella Serven, Miss Pearl Wheeler, Della Louk oldest daughter.Mr. and Mrs david Louk, born -Lee twp. 1871 died at Jackson St. Hospital, Macomb tuesday moring Sept 23, married , C. William April 1896.six children. Harold R. -Leaona-Waldo- Chilla-Emma -David (2)married April 10, 1912, Jon S. Curt is of Prairie City spent few years in Kansas ,survivors, husband, parents, two brothers Jefferson Louk of this city , Chester Louk, Lee Twp. sister Mis Nellie Douglas of Lee twp.Funeral from home Thurs afternoon . Burial in Virgil Cemetery.
