CHARLES H. DEBOW died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Andrew Cutchen, 138 High Street, Saturday evening of complications after an illness of several months, aged 70 years. He was born and reared in Union Bridge and was the son of George and Martha Hope Debow. He has been a resident of this city for the past 35 years.

He was in the employment of the Western Maryland Railway for over 23 years. He was a member of Emmanuel U.B. Church.

He is survived by the following children: Mrs. Carrie Cutchen, Mrs. Ellsworth Hose and Charles M. Debow, all of this city; sisters, Mrs. Maude Myers, Mrs. Eugene Plank, this city; Mrs. Emma Snyder, Bluefield, WV; and Mrs. Mollie Alexander, Kenmar, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.

Services were held at the A.K. Coffman Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery.
