Leonard R. Sopher, 85, of 1314 Shenandoah Drive died Friday, May 22, 1992, at Saint Francis Medical Center.
Born Feb. 20, 1907, in Peoria to John LeRoy and Dollie Myriah Sopher, he married Mary B. McCoy on Sept. 18, 1935, in Princeton.
She survives along with three sons, Clifford D. and Danny G., both of Peoria, and Roger K. of Morton. One son, Larry, preceded him in death.
He worked at Producers Dairy for 27 years, retiring in 1972. He was a member of Teamsters Union Local 627, Retirees Club, and the Senior Citizens Good Times Club.
Burial will be in Parkview Cemetery.
