Primghar, IA - Funeral services for Arthur Noe, 59, manager of the state liquor store here, who died of a heart attack Tuesday, will be 2 p.m. Saturday at the Methodist church here.
Mr. Noe was born March 3, 1898, at Paullina, IA and was educated there. He came to Primghar in 1927 when he purchased a restaurant here. He operated the restaurant until 1955, when he became manager of the state liquor store.
Survivors include the widow; a son, Arthur, Jr. stationed with the navy in Hawaii, and a brother, G. I. Noe of Sheldon, IA.
