Born in Savannah, GA on December 2, 1940, she had lived in Pierce County most of her life. Mrs. Foster was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with people, playing bingo, sewing, and making crafts.
She was the daughter the late Clinton Matthew & Viola Edith Douberly Cowart. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Foster.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Paul & Felicia Paschal of Patterson; three brothers, James E. Cowart of Howie, TX, Carl M. Cowart of Soperton, GA and Clinton M. Cowart of Greenville, SC; 2 grandchildren, Joshua Paschal and Shawna Wilkie; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
