Mrs Elizabeth Allen
Mrs Elizabeth V. Allen, 82 died Wednesday at her residence, 872 Carroll St., after a brief illness.
Born in Wurtemburg, Pennsylvania she came to Akron 30 years ago from New Castle, Pa. She was a member of the Arlington Memorial Baptist Church.
Mrs Allen leaves a daughter, Ruth Ann and a son Earl W., of Akron; a sister Mrs Maude Rapp, of New Castle, Pa. Three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Rev George W Terjung will conduct services at 3pm Friday in the Eckerd-Baldwin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 5pm this afternoon.
