A life-long resident of Barrow County, Mrs. Partee was a daughter of the late Thomas and Ophelia Williams (should be Wilburn) Brown.
Survivors include daughters, Mrs. J. C. Boss and Mrs. Lamar O'Kelley, both of Bethlehem, and Mrs. G. W. Manus of Athens; son, John Partee of Bethlehem; sisters, Mrs. Willie Shore and Mrs. Willard Shore, both of Monroe, Mrs. Luke Sweat of Bethlehem and Mrs. H. C. Morris of College Park; brothers, Coleman Brown and Henry Brown, both of Monroe, Jack Brown of Bethlehem, and Rebun Brown of Loganville; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
