29 Oct 1924: Joseph Behney of Lickdale, died suddenly Tuesday afternoon while at work at dredging coal in the Swatara when he was attacked by a stroke of apoplexy. His home was about one mile from the place at which he was employed. He was aged 72 years. Besides his wife, he leaves one daughter and one son at home; one brother, Emanuel Behney; and one half brother, Ephraim Copenhaver, both of Green Point. Burial will be in the Sattazahns Lutheran Cemetery. [Lebanon Daily News]
