Born in Harrisburg, PA on June 1, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Frank P. Reasner and Elva R. McNew Reasner.
A bookkeeper, Sue worked for several businesses in the Dover, DE area until her retirement in 1992.
She attended King Street United Brethren Church and the Chambersburg First Church of God.
Surviving are her husband of 49 years, Crawford "Dean" McNew, whom she married on June 12, 1964; three siblings, Jeffrey G. Reasner (wife Michelle) of Newburg, PA, Phillip "Ralph" Reasner (wife Sue) of Chambersburg, PA, and Penny Kauffman of Fayetteville, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 18, 2013, at 10 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA; where Rev. Lester F. Stine will officiate.
The family will receive friends in the funeral home on Monday, June 17 from 7-9 PM and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
Interment will follow the service in Parklawns Memorial Gardens.
