Johnnie Earline was born in Texas to the late John Almer Ainsworth and Emma Mae Boaz Ainsworth. Earline and her husband, Cecil Clovis, raised their family in the Thiefneck community just south of Personville. She moved to a new home in The Woodlands years after his death.
