Esther L. (Shofner) Conway, 92, of Evansville, Indiana, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at St. Mary's Medical Center.
Esther was born in Evansville, IN on July 8, 1923 to Louise (Miller) and Luther Shofner. She worked as an executive secretary at Credit Thrift and American General. Esther married Thomas Conway in November of 1947. She worked along with her husband for many years as a Motor Coach Tour Manager for AAA of Southern Indiana. Esther was a long time member of Crossroads Christian Church, loved to dance, and was an avid rose gardener. Most of all, she loved being with her grandchildren and family.
Esther is survived by a daughter,
Esther is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Thomas Conway in 2013; and her parents.
