She worked for Perdue Farms for over 30 years. She loved her family more than anything on this earth. She enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, watching humming birds, sitting on her porch and doing puzzles, and cutting grass. She will be greatly missed.
She is survived by two daughters Deborah Milne and Belinda (Jody) Garber both of Willards; one brother, William Bratten and one sister Lee Adele (Ray) Burchette; six grandchildren Melissa (John) Welch of Salisbury, Sonya (Dean) Pusey of Fruitland, Robbie (Chrissy) Lynch of Salisbury, Lindsay Johnson (Jake) of Camden, DE, Matthew (Ashley) Lynch of Willards, and Hailey Garber of Willards; and nine great-grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
She was preceded in death by siblings Lester Jr., Elizabeth, Louise, Gladys, and Maggie.
Funeral service was held at Bounds Funeral Home, 705 E. Main Street, Salisbury. Interment: Pittsville Cemetery.
