Maggie was born in Lewistown, Illinois on December 8, 1885. She married her late husband, Jake Seiber, former Yakima County Assessor, in 1905. Mr. Seiber preceded her in death January 1, 1972. They farmed in the Ahtanum and lower Naches and developed orchards in the Parker area, which they operated until Mr. Seiber was appointed assessor in November 1943 and served until January 1, 1966.
