KENNETH E. SUMNER of 4 High rd., Valley View, Baldwinsville, died yesterday in St. Joseph’s Hospital. Born in Corfu, he formerly lived in Syracuse and was a clerk at Halcomb Steel Co. He was a member of Syracuse Lodge 501, F&AM, and United Steel Workers of America. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Dallas Gifford Sumner; mother, Mrs. Edith T. Sumner and daughter, Mrs. James Fraser. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the rooms of Greenleaf, the Rev. Alexander C. Carmichel officiating. Burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow and 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
