Alfred Davis
Alfred W. Davis, aged 65 years, 6 months, and 10 days, died at his home near Koontz's Chapel Friday morning last at 1 o'clock, of heart disease. His funeral took place Sunday morning at 10:30 o'clock at Koontz's Chapel, conducted by Rev. M. Starr, of Buckeystown circuit. The bearers were: N. Whipp, Andrew Davis, Wm. Mobley, Charles Knode, Wm. Geisler and Edmond Yingling. Geo. W. Peters was the undertaker. Interment was made in the adjoining graveyard.
