Oriskany Falls -- Loraine E. Mazor, 64, of Peck Road, died Thursday, Dec 7 1995 at her home.
She was born November 20, 1931 in Syracuse, the daughter of Frederick and Theodocia Smith Klein.
Mrs. Mazor was a graduate of Madison Central School.
In 1951, she married Charles Mazor in Fredonia.
The couple owned and operated the Oriskany Falls Bowling Center for 37 years.
Mrs. Mazor was an avid bowler and also an artist. She was a member on the Rome Art Club, where she excelled in portrait and landscape painting.
She was the recipient of several awards for work in oils and acrylics.
Surviving are her husband Charles; two sons, six sisters, one brother, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Lorraine E. Mazor will commence Monday at 9:45 A.M. from the James W. Davis Jr. Funeral Home, Oriskany Falls and 10 A.M. from St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Spring burial will be in St. Joesph's Cemetery, Oriskany Falls. Friends may call Sunday evening 7 - 9 at the funeral home. Contributions to the Oriskany Falls Fire Department Ambulance Corps. and Hospice Care are welcome.
