William David Rice II was born on August 16, 1921, in Georgia to William, 44, and Sarah, age 23. He married Doris M. Gerevas in January, 1964, in Carson City, Nevada. The family, including Doris' two children, Laurie, age 9, and Scott, age 7, lived in Napa, CA until the summer of 1965, when they moved to nearby Vallejo. Bill and Doris had one child during their marriage, William D. Rice, III, born Aug. 24, 1964. Bill Rice II died on August 5, 1984, in Red Bluff, California, at the age of 62, and is interred at Oak Hill Cemetery there.
