Mr. Ray G. Bolton age 87 of LaFollette passed away Monday, April 7, 2014. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. A member of LaFollette First Baptist Church, Campbell County Masonic Lodge #778, Cumberland Mountain Chapter 132 Order of Eastern Star, Campbell County Scottish Rite, Knoxville Scottish Rite Bodies, A Shriner and member of Campbell County Shrine Club, Kerbela Temple of Knoxville. Mr. Bolton was a well-known LaFollette Barber for over 50 years. Preceded in death by Parents, Alonzo and Mary Jones Bolton, Several Brothers and Sisters.
Survivors: Wife, Mrs. Elizabeth Bolton of LaFollette; Six Daughters, Kathie Keathley and husband Roger, of LaFollette, Joy Bolton of LaFollette, Karron Perkins and husband Neal, of Maryville, TN, Rita Horn of Sevierville, Regina Calloway and husband John, of Morristown, and Carrie Hickey and husband Jeff, of Morristown; Sons, Larry Bolton and wife Karen, of Morristown, Farron Bolton and wife Linda, of Knoxville, and Lynn Bolton and wife Angie, of Alcoa; 20 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren.
Funeral Services Friday 7 P.M. at Walters Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Duane Mills officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:30 to 6:45 P.M. Friday with Masonic Rites at 6:45. Family and friends will meet Saturday 10:00 A.M. at Woodlawn Cemetery for Graveside Services and Interment with Military Honors conducted by the Campbell County Honor Guard.
