Rita T. Harris, 72, of Hinsdale, formerly of Oak Brook, died in her home on December 7.
Rita was the beloved wife of her late husband John "Jack"; she is survived by her children,
Jack (Paula) of Tucson, AZ.,
Diane (Tom) Webb of Lisle, IL.,
Scott (Jody) of Wheaton, IL.,
James (Kathy) of Painfield, IL.,
and Paul of Tucson, AZ.;
nine grandchildren,
Thomas,
Paul,
Julie,
Matt,
Dan,
Chris,
Andrew,
Jack,
and Brian;
her parents, John and Loretta Lux preceded her in death.
A gathering of family and friends will be held in the Fireplace Room at St. Isaac Jogues Church, 306 W. Clay (4th & Clay) in Hinsdale, on Sunday, December 8, from 7 to 9 p.m.
The funeral Mass will be held on December 9, 11 a.m. at St. Isaac Jogues Church in Hinsdale with the interment to follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood would be preferred.
