Arnold Brehmer, 63, of Reedsville, died Tuesday afternoon at Bellin Memorial Hospital, Green Bay.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. John and James Evangelical Lutheran Church, Reedsville. The Rev. John Wendland will officiate and burial will be in Westside Church Cemetery, Reedsville.
Mr. Brehmer was born March 16, 1896, in the Town of Rantoul, Calumet County, son of the late Albert and Bertha Klessig Brehmer. He married the former Edna Schroeder May 20, 1920, at Reedsville where he was employed as a bricklayer for different construction companies. Mr. Brehmer served in France during World War I and was a member of American Legion Post 199, Reedsville.
Survivors include the wife; a daughter, (private); a brother, Herman of Rt. 2, Brillion; a sister, Mrs. Meta Hankemeier of Menasha and three grandchildren.
Friends may call at Reedsville Funeral Home after 2 p.m. Friday until 10:30 a.m. Saturday when the casket will be removed to the church where the body will lie in state until the hour of service.
