Son of John N. and Clarissa Bunting heath, He was married, a farmer, lived in Cranberry Township, died there of gangrene of the right hand, per death certificate 88948, whose informant was C. A. Walters of Seneca, PA. Buried at Nickleville Aug 31 1923.

Franklin News-Herald, Wed, Aug 29 1923:
John N. Heath, 69, of Venango and Forest Counties, died at the home of his niece, Mrs. Clarence Walters, in Seneca this morning after a lingering illness. He was born in Venango County August 7, 1854, son of John N. and Corlissa Heath.

He lived in Venango and Forest Counties all his life, in Nickleville for 22 years. He lived with his niece, where he died, the past 4 years after the death of his wife, former Miss Mary Gilbert. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church at Nickleville.

He leaves a brother, M. B. Heath of Fertigs; and a half-sister, Clara C. Hayden of Oil City.

Services will be at 3 pm Friday at his church. Interment will be in Nickleville Cemetery.
