Mr. Miller, born in the Long Branch area of Andrew County, Dec. 11, 1893, was a salesman for 15 years with the Neil Motor Co. and later with the Symes Motor Co., Savannah. He served two terms as Andrew County assessor and had farmed in the Andrew County area for many years. The past nine years he had operated the Bramm Monument business in Savannah.
He is survived by one son, George Maxwell Miller of St Joseph; two brothers, L. E. Miller of Greenville, S.C., and Robert Miller of Hawthorne, Cal.; one granddaughter and two great-grandsons.
Services will be tomorrow at 3:30 at the First Christian Church in Savannah. The Rev. Chuck Lewis will officiate. Burial will be in the Savannah Cemetery." St Joseph News-Press, March 8, 1972
