Terry G. Adams, 38, of Princeton, Ill., died Thursday, Dec. 23, 2004, at St. Margaret's Hospital, Spring Valley, Ill.
His body was cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date at the Princeton High School. Garland Funeral Home, Walnut, is in charge of arrangements. A memorial has been established in his memory.
He was born July 25, 1966, in Morrison, to Robert and Ruth Renner Adams. He married Melanie A. Day on Aug. 5, 1989, in Galesburg.
Survivors (and spouses) include his wife, Melanie, Princeton; daughter, Haley, sons, Alex and Cole, all at home; his parents, Tampico; brother, Robert C. (Dawn) Adams, Geneseo; sister, Sheri (Gary) Fetrow, Tampico; and eight nieces and one nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; one son; and one daughter.
