OBITUARY-
AUSTIN -- Irene I. Murphy, 86, a longtime Austin-area homemaker, died Saturday (July 30, 1994) at Meadow Manor Nursing Home in Grand Meadow.
Irene I. Burt was born March 13, 1908, in Fesenden, N.D. She lived in the Austin area most of her life.
Survivors include two daughters, Jacqueline (Mrs. David) Schmidt of Shaker Heights, Ohio, and Bonnie (Mrs. Richard) Olson of Ponte Verda Beach, Fla.; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A son and a grandson preceded her in death.
The funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday at Worlein Funeral Home Chapel in Austin, with the Rev. David Groenemann officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Austin.
Friends may call from 8 a.m. until time of the service Friday at the funeral home.
