Mr. William Jorden Grant, Age 93, of Russellville, Arkansas Passed into Heaven on July~2~1965. The son of the late Daniel Richard and Mary (Akins) Grant.

He was a native of Dover Ark. He was a retired farmer. A member of the Dover Masonic Lodge and a member of the Hatley Missionary Baptist Church.

Survivors Include his wife Mrs. Clara G. Grant: six sons, Gilbert Grant of Texas: Roy and Charles Grant both of Russellville; Ermil Grant of Dover; W.J.(Jeppy) Grant of Casco. Maine and William M.(Bill) Grant of Kansas City Mo. Four daughters; Mrs. Ethel McClain and Mrs. Buena Chronister both of Lookeba Ok., Mrs. Ona Cornelius of Hope Ark. and Mrs. Ola Doyle of Springfield Mo. He had 16 Grandchildren, 24 Great~Grandchildren.

Funeral services were at 2;30 p.m. Sunday at the Russellville Missionary Baptist Church by the Rev. Robert Payne. Burial was in the Open Bible Section of Rest Haven Cemetery in Russellville, by Gardner Funeral Service.

Pallbearers were; Ben McClain, James Chronister, Buster Chronister, Joe Don Grant, Leo Vaughn and W.C. Cheek Jr.
